OKWave, provider of the ARIGATO internet service (herein referred to as Service) aims to offer a safe and reliable experience for its users. Accordingly, all personal information is collected, stored and handled in accordance with applicable laws related to personal information and privacy.
The following is the privacy policy (herein referred to as Policy) for the Service and is a translation of the original Japanese version. In the case of any discrepancies between different language versions, the Japanese version takes precedence.

Additionally, by using the Service, along with the information acquired by the Service from User’s Facebook accounts, information related to User’s IP address, cookie information, pages viewed, operating environment, etc. is automatically provided by User’s browser and stored on the servers of this Service

OKWave reserves the right to collect and present information in the form of statistical data on the condition that the identity of Users is not revealed by producing said statistical data.

【Sharing and Distribution of Personal Information】

OKWave will not provide Personal Information to any third party except under the following conditions.

OKWave follows strict company policies when managing the Personal Information of Users and takes strict measures to prevent the loss, theft, leakage and unauthorized access of said information. In the event of any issues related to Personal Information, OKWave take prompt measures to resolve any issues.

【Modification and Deletion of Personal Information by Users】

The Service allows User at any time to view, modify and delete one’s own Personal Information registered by said User .

【Requests for Modification or Deletion of Personal Information】

If a User requests the modification or deletion of Personal Information, upon confirming the identity of said User, OKWave will accept such requests and act appropriately.

【Use of Cookies】

OKWave requires Cookies to be enabled in order to utilize the Service and reserves the right to use Personal Information gathered through Cookies in order to improve the Service.

【Other Issues Related to Security】

OKWave expects and requires Users to follow basic security practices related to management of Facebook account information and so on.
